quotes from Dr. Karl Menninger.
“The friends who listen to us
are the ones we move toward.”
The same is true at work.
If we want our clients, customers,
and colleagues to open up,
to “unfold and expand”
it’s incumbent upon us
to be great listeners.
We can all be better.
