The Coaching Process
Victoria offers both 1:1 private coaching and small group sessions for teams.
Depending on the structure of your coaching package, the process could include a combination of any of the following:
- Virtual private sessions with Victoria, typically 60-90 minutes each
- Half day sessions with Victoria
- Onsite coaching at your event or headquarters
- Additional targeted prep work, tools and resources
- Access to select Rock The Room® videos in our private portal
